Crescent Processing Company is a credit card processing company that takes pride in the fact we were built with 100% integrity and we are able to offer free equipment to small to medium sized businesses.  There are no “Hidden Fees” all rates and fees are disclosed at the time of confirmation of the sale. Our Confirmations department confirms the merchant’s information and goes over all the rates and fees the merchant has agreed to when signing the agreement.  We also have 100% recording of the sales confirmations to protect the merchant and Crescent Processing.  The confirmer always asks the merchant if there were any written or verbal agreements other than what is in the agreement to make sure the merchant is only agreeing to what they signed and confirmed.  The merchant is also given a copy of the Terms and Conditions at the time of the agreement which has the standard rates and fees and ALL other charges listed.  This eliminates the “hidden fees” questions or concerns.
